Rev. Norma Osman - Chairman & Senior Minister Reverend Norma Osman’s ministry was in Hospice for more than twenty years, providing patient care and bereavement counseling. She served several terms on the board of directors; developed and delivered training to volunteers. In 1999, Reverend Osman co-founded the non-denominational Interfaith Truth Center in suburban Atlanta. As the Senior Minister at the Center, Norma conducts seminars and classes on meditation and spirituality to provide a springboard for inspiring individual self-discovery and spiritual growth. Her diverse experience allows her to speak on a wide range of topics. She has been married for over forty five years – parented two grown children. Norma gushes, “My four grandchildren are the most wonderful kids on the earth at this time!” Recently, she led a study group on advanced numerology. Most days Norma is at the center, eagerly open for a good joke. |

Betty Hatfield - Co-Founder and Treasurer Betty did not need to build a bridge to new-age spiritualism from her Louisiana Catholic upbringing. A very old soul, she was BORN a passionate free-thinker with fierce independence, and an innate knowing of all things now considered “new-age and metaphysics.”Betty’s laughing blue eyes betray her even in a serious discussion. Especially when talking about her dedication to the InterFaith Truth Center, Betty cannot contain that fun loving smile. She’s one of a rare breed who commits to a project heart and soul. Forever! Yet, Betty wants to have a good time in the process. A belief in natural health and holistic well-being radiates from Betty. She walks her talk. An amazing lifetime of experience and knowledge empowers anyone privileged to engage her help. And, that is what really excites, Betty – helping others. She thrives on it! A single mom raising three teenagers taught Betty to “waste not, want not.” She passed that philosophy onto her three grandchildren. Betty’s face lights up and her dazzling smile radiates like the sun when she shares her years of devotion to the InterFaith Truth Center. |

Diana Nichols - Secretary Diana’s motto: UPLIFT! INSPIRE! EMPOWER!When Diana evolved into this physical plane she brought a truckload of talent from many past lives. Knowledge, grounded wisdom, enthusiasm, and a wealth of creative resources add to everything…”DIANA”. This Atlanta native has traveled but always returned “home”. Diana and her life partner, Mitch, radiate happiness after seventeen years together. Three grown children, one grandchild, and the double joy of twins on the way keep life interesting. Diana incorporates old-soul experience into her careers: a business and life coach, workshop creator-facilitator, artist, and web/database developer. Her clients learn to combine creativity and practicality into a unique experience of success. The dictionary lists Diana after “passionate.” She is happiest when creating beauty, simplicity, and usefulness in her endeavors. Thirty years of small business and entrepreneurial success ices her cake. “Life is a game,” laughs Diana. “Learn the rules – and find the best strategy to change the results. Have a blast!” |

Angela Green Life overflows with joy and well-being as the great-grandmother of two boys she is raising. Michael, four and Xavier, seven, spend a lot of time, and feel very comfortable, at the Interfaith Truth Center. Their favorite times “at church” are the full moon drumming sessions. They pound drums, make all the noise they want, and no one tells them to stop. What child wouldn’t love that! From an Italian/Catholic childhood (daily mass before school and Saturday confessions) Angela started her search at seventeen for a belief system that made sense. So many churches, so many religions, so many disappointments for almost fifty years. Angela’s beliefs encompass all new-age thoughts. In real life Angela is a real estate broker in the residential and commercial markets. When not making a living, and taking care of two young boys, she is also a professional writer of novels and articles on numerous topics. Angela says, “I have never felt so alive, happy, and full of well-being as I do now!” |

Alexandra Rose In her search for peace and fulfillment, Alexandra has developed a passion and deep commitment to healing on all levels as the path to a life of blessings and gratitude. This is not only possible, but a certainty as she continues to surrender to the truth within. On this path, Alexandra has learned that truth lies in being fully grounded in a sense of self, with trust in the Lord as the guiding force. She spends daily reflective time, allowing herself to listen to and hear this guidance before beginning the tasks of the day, committed to being more of who you she is and less about what she does. This enables her to experience herself and others more fully, deeply and sincerely in an ongoing process.Finding that fulfillment was outside the corporate world she chose to leave behind a financially lucrative career, to launch a business dedicated to bringing more compassion, wisdom and safety to those who find an indefinable something missing in their lives. One of her greatest satisfaction lies in watching someone’s face light up with the possibilities which have opened up, following an emotional release. She is deeply appreciative of the friendships, and teachings she has gathered while a member of, and then a board member of ITC. Viewing each person she encounters as both a teacher and student brings a fresh perspective on meeting and greeting new friends and existing members to our midst. Alexandra is profoundly grateful for all of the experiences in her life, which have contributed to the woman she is today. Alexandra sees herself as strong and vulnerable, compassionate and driven, wise and questioning and accomplished and seeking. Her tagline is also how she chooses to experience the abundance of life, “Exciting the Fullest Expression of Life”. She strives each and every day to see the best in everyone including herself and be more aware, awake, accepting, and awestruck. |
